I am a professionally trained Civil Marriage Celebrant appointed by the Commonwealth Attorney-General. To ensure that my knowledge of the legal obligations that go with my appointment are current and to educate myself about different aspects of ceremonial work, I participate in annual professional development training.
Being a marriage celebrant is one of the most rewarding fields I have ever worked in. It is a privilege and joy for me to help bridal couples create exactly the right words for their ceremony. See wedding ceremonies for more information.
Some couples may be on a budget but wish to have an alternative to the Registry Office. For a comparable fee I will conduct your ceremony at the venue and time of your choice on Mondays to Fridays during the daytime. Included in my fee is the provision of several examples of simple ceremonies to choose from and suggestions for readings and vows. Some limits apply. See wedding ceremonies.

About Me
Since 1998 I have worked with the Life Force Cancer Foundation facilitating weekly support groups and quarterly weekend retreats for cancer patients and their families (www.lifeforce.org.au). I am a motivational speaker and have also done occasional Extras work for film and television.
I have three children and one grandson. My son lives in New York, which gives me the perfect excuse to indulge another of my favourite activities, travelling. I have just returned from spending the holiday season with him and experienced my first White Christmas - magical!
When I’m not working, I love to immerse myself in writing. I currently have two books in print and have almost completed my first full-length novel.
