Let me help you bring your dreams to life by partnering with you to produce a unique and personal ceremony of beauty and substance. Together we can make your wedding day truly one of the happiest days of your life, filled with love, excitement and fun.
FEES
Payments can be made by cash, internet bank transfer, direct deposit or PayPal. A service fee will be added if using PayPal; amounts vary depending on whether your payment is domestic or from outside Australia. Tax invoices are provided itemising all costs.
I offer three levels of service for marriage ceremonies: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Everyone is different and each couple will have a different idea and vision about what they want for their wedding ceremony. I believe I can cater to everyone’s wishes.
All levels of service include a contract that outlines everyone’s rights and responsibilities during the time we work together. I also provide a written schedule of my fees, a written list of what is provided for each type of ceremony and tax invoices/receipts for all payments.
Bronze Level Ceremonies cost $340 Mon to Fri and $430 on weekends and Public Holidays. If you want your wedding ceremony to be short and simple but would like it to be more personal than the Registry Office will provide, I offer you short, simple and sweet.
A non-refundable deposit ($200) secures your booking in my diary and the balance is due one month before the ceremony date.
After you have paid your deposit, I will provide the ceremony wording and marry you between 9:30am and 5:00pm anywhere within 5 km of Neutral Bay. There are many options around here with wonderful Harbour views. You can have up to 20 guests.
Silver Level Ceremonies cost $660. You can have your wedding ceremony between 9:30am and 8:00pm anywhere that does not involve more than a total of two hours’ travel for me from Neutral Bay. Once you have secured your booking, travel time includes to and from all meetings outside my home office, the rehearsal and performance of your ceremony on the day of your wedding.
A non-refundable deposit ($330) secures your booking in my diary and the balance is due one month before the ceremony date. Note: A discount of $60 applies if you pay the full fee up-front.
Included in Silver level ceremonies are:
- One obligation-free meeting at my home office to discuss your ceremony and for you to get a ‘feel’ for whether I am the right celebrant for you
- Written contract
- After booking deposit paid, two or three further meetings (including lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage) and a rehearsal one week before your ceremony date
- Unlimited phone and email contact
- All the legally essential wording for your ceremony plus examples of various optional inclusions.
- Loan of a folder of suggested readings and personal vows to help you create your unique ceremony
- As much or as little help from me as you wish in writing your ceremony
- Souvenir copy of your ceremony
- Provision of PA system
- Small signing table and one chair
Gold Level Ceremonies cost $880. You can be married any day of the week, at any time of the day and anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area. This includes to and from all meetings outside my home office, the rehearsal and performance of your ceremony on the day of your wedding. Travel outside Sydney and environs can be negotiated for an additional fee.
A non-refundable deposit ($440) secures your booking in my diary and the balance is due one month before the ceremony date. Note: A discount of $80 applies if you pay the full fee up-front.
Included in Gold level ceremonies:
- One obligation-free meeting at my home office to discuss your ceremony and to decide whether I am the right celebrant for you
- Written contract
- After I receive your booking deposit, unlimited phone, email and face-to-face contact, including an on-site rehearsal
- A worksheet outlining examples of various optional inclusions, as well as all the legally essential wording
- Loan of a folder of suggested readings and personal vows to help you create your unique ceremony
- As much or as little help from me as you wish in writing your ceremony
- Inclusion of cultural or other rituals, e.g. unity candles, rose/sand/hand-fasting ceremonies
- Provision of PA system
- Commemorative candle
- Souvenir copy of your ceremony
- Signing table, cloth and two chairs
- An assistant to help me with setting up and dismantling everything.
- A registered copy of your marriage certificate from the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages (required for changing names on passport, driving licence, bank accounts, etc.). An extra commemorative certificate if desired.
